Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition
Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition was voted RV Pro’s Best in Show for 2019. This 2019 Coachmen Catalina comes in 15 floor plans ranging from 27’ 11” to 37’ 9”. Guaranty also carries 2018 Coachmen Catalina from time to time for a great pre-loved used bargain. Let’s begin with the Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition 243RBS with optional booth dinette or free standing table and chairs and sits in the slide out with the sofa. Across from the sofa and dinette is where the kitchen is located. The bathroom is in the rear with a wardrobe/pantry. Up front there is a queen bed with dual wardrobes and overhead cabinets. An electric fireplace is optional. Let’s move ahead to the Coachmen Catalina 263RLS, a booth dinette or a free standing table are options. Two recliners sit under the large rear window and a sofa is next to the dinette in the slide out. The bedroom is located in the front and features a queen bed. Now we come to the Catalina Legacy Edition 283RKS which is 32’ 6” in length and has a GVWR of 9,200 pounds. This rear kitchen offers an abundance of counter space that other RVs can only dream of.
Options include a fireplace and a free standing table which is located in the slide out with the sofa. The 303RKDS is a 35’ 10” travel trailer that can sleep 6. The rear kitchen allows for ample counter space. A fireplace is optional and the queen bed in the slide out makes room for a full closet that is plumbed for a washer and dryer. This brings us to the 2019 coachmen catalina 303RKP. A fireplace and free standing table are options to consider. It also comes with a 10′ patio deck that is prepped for a TV.
The Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition 313DBDSCK has a bunk house in the rear with a walk in closet or optional half bath. The kitchen is centrally located across from the dinette and sofa. Up front you’ll find a queen bed. Outside the 313DBDSCK you have a standard full size camp kitchen. Next we have the 2019 Coachmen Catalina Legacy Edition 333BHTSCK at 36’ 9”. This floor plan also has a rear bunkhouse and full size outdoor kitchen, with optional fireplace and free standing dinette.
Now let’s move onto the Coachman Catalina travel trailer 333RETS floor plan. You will find an entertainment center at the rear of this unit. With optional hide-a-bed sofa or theater seating. A fireplace and free standing table are also options. Up front there is a queen bed, entertainment center, fireplace and full size closet. Rounding out the Legacy Edition is the 343BHTSLE Catalina RV with optional second queen bed in the rear or bunkhouse. The living area is centrally located and the bedroom has a full size closet with washer and dryer hook ups. The tank sizes vary on The Legacy Edition, with the fresh water holding 44 gallons on each one. The grey water ranging from 40 – 80 gallons and the black tank each is 30 gallons (see chart below). Other features include a flat screen TV, Bluetooth stereo and DVD player. Coachmen Catalina Summit Series 7
This Catalina camper has seven floor plans and begins with a Summit Series 7 162FB that is just 18’ 3” with a GVWR of just 3,830 pounds making it perfect for a couple or a small family just starting out on their RV adventures, since it can be towed with a half-ton truck which is less expensive. The Summit Series 7 172BH and the 172BHS both have bunk beds in the rear corner and a bed upfront they also have a booth dinette that converts into a sleeping area if needed. Next we have the Summit Series 7 172FQ with the front queen bed and a rear bathroom it is 20’ 5” long and has a GVWR of 3,831 pounds making it easy to tow and store. The Summit Series 7 172FSS is like the 172FQ the difference being this one has a slide out with a sofa offering more room for your adventures.
The largest of the Coachmen Catalina Summit Series 7 is the 212RBS with an exterior length of 27’ and a GVWR 6,496 pounds. This RV has a hidden bunk over the sofa as well as a booth dinette and queen bed. Another option in the Summit Series 7 is the 212BHS this unit features bunk beds and a queen bed as well as a booth dinette that converts into a bed making it possible to sleep up to six people. The Summit Series 7 212BHS is 27 feet long with a GVWR of 6,550. The Summit Series 7 travel trailers have a 7 cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator, two or three burner high output range, 6 gallon DSI gas water heater and a microwave. Coachmen Catalina Summit Series 8
Coming for 2020, the Coachmen Catalina Summit Series 8 also has seven floor plans beginning with the 221DBSCK which is 26 feet in length with double bunks in the rear corner, a Murphy bed in the front, (sofa by day and a real bed by night) and a pull out, outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator, sink and Coleman cooking grill. The Summit Series 8 231MKS is a 28-foot travel trailer with fold out sofa, u-shaped dinette and queen size bed giving you the ability to sleep up to six.
Next we have the Summit Series 8 261BH which is 29’ 3” long with double bunks, queen bed, booth dinette, sofa and bathtub. The 261BHS is similar to the 261BH but with a slide out, to house the booth dinette and sofa. This floor plan also has double bunks and a bathtub, it also includes an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and Coleman Grill. Moving on, the Summit Series 8 271BHSCK offers the ability to sleep up to 10 with its queen bed, u-shaped dinette, fold out sofa and double bunks. The Summit Series 8 271RKS features a rear kitchen in a 29’ 10” trailer with a central living area, outdoor kitchen and can sleep six. Last but not least, the 291BHS features a bunk house with two double bunks, a booth dinette that converts into a bed and a flip down bunk over that. The queen bed, sofa and u-shaped dinette are also sleep options if needed. This trailer measures 33’ 5” so you have room for the whole family. The Coachmen Summit Series 8 will include a pop up power tower with two USB and two 110 outlets. Appliances will include a three burner range oven, a seven cu. ft. gas/electric refrigerator and a microwave. In the bedroom the night stand includes USB and 110 outlets.
Coachmen Catalina Trail Blazer
Now let’s take a look at the four floor plans of the Coachmen Catalina Trailblazer toy hauler. The smallest of the four is the 2019 Catalina Trail Blazer 19TH with a length of 22’ 9”. The garage measures approximately 8′ x 6′ 9″. This is a good choice for a small ATV or a couple of motorbikes. This trailer has a queen bed, fold down sofa and a bathtub. In the kitchen you will find a three burner stove top with oven, microwave and two door refrigerator. The 2019 Coachmen Catalina Trailblazer 26TH has two fold down sofas on either side. This space also serves as the dinette extra sleeping space and the garage. Across from the kitchen you find two recliners and as you move forward you have the bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. This toy hauler is 29’ 10” long with the garage being 11′ 6″ x 5′ 11″. This size garage will hold several motorbikes or an ATV and a couple of motorbikes.
The 33’ 8” Coachmen Catalina Trail Blazer 28THS floor plan has a 15′ garage and space for everyone with the front king bed, drop down electric queen bed, two fold down sofas the serve as the dining area and convert into a bed. The kitchen has everything needed to keep a large crew fed including a refrigerator, stove top with oven and microwave. Two ATVs could be squeezed into this garage. The largest of the Catalina Trail Blazer is the 29THS it measures 35’ 6”. In this floor plan there is a separation of space. The 11′ garage is in the rear separated from the living area by a door. Due to the separation the garage is smaller that the 28THS and will hold an ATV and a couple of motorbikes or several motorbikes. The Coachmen Catalina Trailblazer 29THS has a slide out where you will find a u-shaped dinette that can be converted into a sleeping area. This is across from the kitchen where the stove top, oven, refrigerator and microwave are found. In the garage there are two opposing, fold down sofas and an extra table so this can also be a dining and sleeping area. The bathroom comes with a bath tub and at the front of the RV is a queen bed. You also have the option of the ramp door being a party deck on each of the floor plans.
